Retail Environmental Graphics for Ellisburg Shopping Center in Cherry Hill N

Ellisburg Shopping Center

Retail Renovation | Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA

Ellisburg Shopping Center located in a small suburb of the greater Philadelphia was in dire need of an identity update. The new “Whole Foods” tenant was the perfect spark to reinvent the center. As the “street circle” for which the center was originally named, was no longer present, the name was updated as part of the new brand identity. The new name is displayed using a modern script that captures historical character while the font’s simple letter forms echo a casual future.

The signage, taking cues from the improved center facade designs, also reflects a new, fresh and contemporary Ellisburg and is highlighted by a warm inviting color palette. In an effort to stay true to the past and create a layering effect mimicking the architecture, masonry was used in juxtaposition to the cleanliness and crispness of painted aluminum panels.
