Wayfinding programs reinforce a sense of place, promote the city’s brand and create an environment easy to navigate. The program will provide residents, first-time and frequent visitors with clear and consistent information. This study breaks down the in and outs of the site programming to provide a deeper understanding of the site. An in-depth review of circulation pathways, building uses and many other factors was completed to inform, design and place appropriate signage types.

 

 

The Sukna (formally known as Modon Estates) Wayfinding Analysis considers a variety of wayfinding tools: Each Level of Wayfinding is utilized at different moments throughout the journey. From the originating point to the final destination the traveler should have a smooth transition from one level to another. Each level is important but the core of this system is the physical wayfinding signage.
